Select the membership level and duration you are eligible for. Your level defines the project opportunities you are considered for.

Receive consideration for projects that match your verified skill, level and availability. Projects arrive based on client demand — membership makes you eligible, not entitled.

Complete
Deliver the agreed project requirements to the expected quality standard. Completion is verified before anything is paid out.

Receive the agreed project-based payout after satisfying the project conditions. Compensation is defined per project agreement — never a salary promise.

Talent Forge Membership Rule
One Skill. One Level. One Lifetime Purchase.
A member may purchase a particular membership level only once for the same registered skill/service. For example, after completing Starter — Full-Stack Development, a member cannot purchase the same level for the same skill again. The member may instead progress to Professional → Advanced → Expert → Elite, subject to eligibility and Talent Forge's progression criteria. A different skill/service may be separately eligible.

Revenue Model
Membership Agreement
The membership agreement defines project allocation, eligibility, work acceptance, completion, payout, refund, and cancellation terms. Potential earnings are never presented as guaranteed income.
Network Recognition
Two Professional Network Stages.
Network recognition is based on verified performance and eligibility — not simply on the membership fee paid.
Verified Network
Members who successfully complete the applicable six-month performance requirements — real projects, verified delivery, consistent quality — may become eligible for Verified Network consideration. It signals to businesses that a professional's record has been proven in practice, not just promised on a profile.
Distinguished Network
Members who establish the applicable twelve-month performance record may become eligible for Distinguished Network consideration — the higher recognition tier. It represents sustained, verified delivery over a full year and marks the most trusted professionals in the ecosystem.
